Home visit
During the home visit we will go through the space and discuss your needs. You do not need to prepare for the visit other than reserving approx. 30 minutes.
Offer
Based on the visit I will make a plan and give you an offer. The planning is included in the price.

You can book a remote consultation with me via e-mail. Through a phone or video call, we look at your situation together and decide on the next step. You will receive a time estimate and offer based on the call. A remote consultation with me does not bind you to anything and is always free of charge.

During a home visit, we map your situation and make an action plan. The visit is included in the price when you order a package of at least 4 hours.

What does a professional organizer actually do?
As a professional organizer I help you to declutter, sort, store and re-organize your things so that you will have more time and energy for the things that matter the most.

Which spaces in my home do you organize?
I help you with all sorts of spaces (kitchens, storage rooms, entryways, closets, basemants/attics, kids rooms, offices) and with all sorts of stuff (clothes, toys, dishes, books, paper..)

Do I need to be present during the session?
I will need your input in the beginning. Usually we start off together, going through your stuff and sorting them out. After that I can work alone with storing and re-organizing. We end the session together, doing some final touches if needed, and looking over what has been done.

Do I have to buy new storage and organizing products?
Usually the existing storage is enough. Reorganizing and decluttering creates more space than you would imagine. I may make product suggestions and can even shop and assemble them for you if necessary.

Do I need to clean before you come?
No, please do not clean up or buy anything before we begin. It's important for me to see how you live in your home. I need to see the clutter so I can determine the best way to make it disappear for good.

What happens to my stuff when I'm ready to let them go?
That's totally up to you. I can help you with transporting smaller thing to a recycling station or donate to charity. I can also help you to determine the next destination for items and suggest different solutions.

Our home is such a mess, I'm embarrased to let anyone in!
No need to feel embarrased. I don't judge and have full understanding for disorder and mess. All client details are kept strictly confidential.

Is traditional cleaning included?
I wipe off countertops and shelves before putting everything back, but if you wish for a proper cleaning I recommend to hire a cleaning firm.

Whats your cancellation policy?

Corona-safe?
We won't shake hands, keep a safty distance as much as possible and wash our hands. I also use a face mask.
